After retiring from the military, he decided to channel his experience into a business that would allow him to continue making a difference in the community. Alongside his wife, Michele, and son, Bobby, Jason founded ICU Agents with the goal of protecting and serving families and businesses in the area.

Bobby, also a key member of the team, brings his own set of skills and passion for technology. With experience in developing systems and audio/video environments for churches, he understands the importance of creating efficient and secure systems for homes and businesses. Together, the Fortenberry family, along with Bobby's wife, Madison, are committed to providing exceptional service and solutions to their clients.
