Disappointing Experience with Knight Security Systems
Knight Security Systems has been in business with Steve S. for 15 years, primarily because they service a specific type of security system that he has in his house. However, Steve's experience with them has been quite disappointing. Two months ago, he had Knight out to replace the batteries in his system, and they charged him over $400 for the replacement. The batteries failed again after just 30 days, so Steve called Knight to come back out.
This time, the technicians spent only 5 minutes looking at the system before informing Steve that the panel needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,100.00. Steve was shocked and upset that no other work was done, just the replacement of the panel. Today, he received a bill from Knight and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the company's service.
