Challenges and Complaints
However, not all customers have been satisfied with their experience. Turbo Climber had a negative encounter with one of Watchdog Security's service vehicles, which was involved in an aggressive driving incident. The driver of the vehicle allegedly tried to pass Turbo Climber in an illegal manner and then honked their horn at them for nearly a minute. Turbo Climber acknowledged that they had flipped off the driver, but also expressed frustration with the driver's behavior. Bobbi also had a poor experience with the company, citing unprofessional behavior, including threats made towards another person, as well as refusal to acknowledge payments, emails, and phone calls.
