Overall, good experience hereonly ran into a little issue. I needed two types of keys made, a simple one and a more complicated expensive key. The house key was fine, but I ran into issues with the more complicated key. They didn't make it right the first time, so I had to go back the following day to get it fixed. However, they were very nice about fixing it and did not charge me again! Would go back here again!

The dude in this picture broke in to our home on the Upper West Side in July 2023 and stole a lot of cash and credit cards. We have him on camera and of course got the police involved. Second stop was Golden Key Locksmith- they consulted on how to fortify our door so it would be tamper proof and added in J-channel treatment same day. Well, just last week (about a year later- second picture) we saw on our security camera the SAME BURGLAR come poking around our door at 3am. In the security camera video, he shook the doorknob but didn't even try to break in. Thank you Golden Key for your help protecting our home!
