Design & Consulting

Our team of experienced professionals will work closely with you to design and engineer a fire alarm and detection system that meets your unique needs and exceeds the standards set forth in the National Electrical Code and National Fire Protection Association guidelines. Our comprehensive design process includes AutoCAD drawings of the system, detailing the placement of smoke detectors, manual pull stations, and notification devices, as well as wiring and system calculations to ensure a proper functioning system.

Installation

Our expert installation team will ensure a seamless transition from design to completion. Our installation process is divided into the following stages:

1. Needs assessment: We assess the occupancy and square footage of your building to determine the necessary coverage.

2. Design/Engineering: Our team develops drawings, calculations, and system specifications to ensure a functioning system.

3. Plan submittal: We submit our plans to the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and other stakeholders for review and comment.

4. Plan review and adjustments: We make any necessary changes to the design based on feedback from the AHJ.

5. Permit acquisition: We obtain the required permits from the local authorities.

6. Mobilization: We make arrangements for access to the building and tenant spaces.

7. Rough wiring: We install all necessary cabling, junction boxes, and devices according to the approved drawings.

8. Rough inspections: We conduct inspections to ensure adherence to electrical codes and generally accepted installation practices.

9. Finish work: We install actual devices, perform programming, and pre-testing of the system.

10. Final test and acceptance: We conduct a final test in the presence of the AHJ and complete all close-out documents.
