Customer Service and Technical Issues
Vector Security customers have been left frustrated due to various technical issues and poor customer service. Multiple reviewers experienced alarm malfunctions, with some even receiving visits from the police as a result. One reviewer's store alarm went off for hours, causing disruptions to their business. Others encountered difficulties when trying to resolve issues with Vector's customer service team, with some experiencing dropped calls, long wait times, and cancellation of scheduled visits.
Unclear Contractual Practices
Some reviewers have criticized Vector Security's contractual practices, claiming they are forced to continue paying for services even when they no longer need them. One military customer was told they had to finish their contract despite not being able to utilize the service during their deployment. Another reviewer felt that the company lacked customer loyalty and appreciation, failing to make exceptions for long-term customers.
Equipment Quality and Installation
