Poor Customer Service and Technical Support

There are several instances of customers expressing disappointment with Keri's customer service and technical support. Dennis W. had a terrible experience with the company, stating that they refused to help him with his system, even when it was not functioning properly. Rob B. also mentioned that the company's technical support was non-existent unless you were a professional installer or had a service contract.

Inaccessible Technical Support

Some customers found it difficult to get assistance from Keri's technical support team. Lee B. struggled to migrate his application database to a server and was unable to get help directly from Keri, requiring his local reseller to act as an intermediary. Paul W. was also unable to get technical support from Keri, even though he had already purchased the necessary manuals.

Lack of Support for End Users
